We got a nice writeup in The Stranger too, though he was off on his attendance guestimate, we had 50 guests!

We partnered up with the builder to help promote the place since there are a few units available. We interviewed five current residents then used their comments to weave a narrative for what Pinewood Villa is really all about. This video will appear on the condo’s informational web page and is also distributed to interested buyers on DVD.
