Pinewood Villa is a beautiful 15-unit condo building in Snohomish, WA for adults 55 and older. We partnered up with the builder to help promote the place since there are a few units available. We interviewed five current residents then used their comments to weave a narrative for what Pinewood Villa is really all about.
